1.2. Cancellation by Philowins E-Commerce In certain circumstances, Philowins E-Commerce reserves the right to cancel orders. This may occur for the following reasons: Payment issues or failures Invalid or incomplete shipping addresses Out-of-stock items or items that cannot be sourced Fraudulent or suspicious activity In the event of such a cancellation, we will notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed.

2. Return Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be: Unused and in the original condition In the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

2.2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Personalized or customized products Products that have been opened or used (unless defective) Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life Products that are part of a clearance or sale event, unless defective

2.3. Return Process To initiate a return:

Provide Details : Share your order number, reason for return, and any images if the product is damaged or defective. Return Shipping: After approval, you will be provided with a return shipping label. You will need to ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

2.4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, Philowins E-Commerce will cover the return shipping costs. Other Returns: For any other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Process Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been completed.

3.2. Partial Refunds In certain cases, such as if the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, or if there are missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

3.3. Payment Method Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used during the purchase. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the card. If payment was made through an alternative method (e.g., wallet or UPI), the refund will be processed to that method.

4. Exchange

4.1. Eligibility for Exchanges No replacement / No exchange will be given, If any defective items received you can return the product and place a new order. Refund will be credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

4.2. Process for Exchanges Initiate a return as per the steps mentioned above.Once the return is processed and your refund is issued, you can purchase the new item.

Processing Time:
