Out-of-stock items or items that cannot be sourced
Fraudulent or suspicious activity

2. Return Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be:
Unused and in the original condition In the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
2.2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Personalized or customized products Products that have been opened or used (unless defective) Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
Products that are part of a clearance or sale event, unless defective

Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, Philowins E-Commerce will cover the return shipping costs.
Other Returns: For any other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

4. Exchange
4.1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
4.2. Process for Exchanges
Initiate a return as per the steps mentioned above.Once the return is processed and your refund is issued, you can purchase the new item.
